8 acre private healing farm.

For Who? Any adult feeling the call to unplug, immerse in nature to practice and learn how to build an intimate relationship with earth energy and self. Anyone ready to start an earth based Tantric pathway or expend the current. This retreat is intended for individuals, however couples are welcome with PRIOR approval with Tara. This retreat is best for people looking for an introduction to Tantra OR for folks who missed the foundational practices of Tantra in other workshops or retreats. ETR1 is for beginners to intermediate.
What? The focus of this retreat is to Re-ground, Re-center, Re-connect with earth based tantric healing modalities and practices. After arrival, we will land and ground into the space by learning tantric breathwork and tantric meditation. Next we shift into a near 21 to 22 hr time period of silent meditation. After silent meditation, we learn how to authentically connect with others through a variety of connection games and energy exchanges. We will also sit and move in a sacred heart opening cacao ceremony to honor rebirth, and welcome in a new groundedness as we begin to shed layers of thoughts no longer serving us. Saturday we concentrate on authentic connecting, divine masculine and feminine energies and leaning into what both mean to us. The last night, we end our journey in respecting ourselves and each other in our highest form of masculine and/or feminine self through a Shakti/ Shiva Puja.
Why? Sometimes in life we forget how to slow down, stay in the present moment, take care of ourselves first so we can re-group and connect with others on a true and more authentic level. Tantra guides us to do just this and as well as individual growth along our spiritual path.
When? Arrive between noon 1pm Thursday. No later or no earlier please. We will end around 10:30am Sunday.
The Space? We will gather on the 8 beautiful private acres at Earth Tantra Outdoor Center & Raven Wild farm stay in Delta, Colorado. We recognize and honor this space as land of the Native American Utes. There are stunning views of the Grand Mesa to the north and Elk Mountains to the east (distance). The property is 5,200ft in elevation - high desert. The land shares a beautiful blend of grand cottonwood, elm and other trees (crabapple, maple, etc) with an open field, small pond, rabbit brush and micro private spaces for privacy. The community space has multiple spots with hammocks, an outdoor kitchen, eating patio, wood deck with lounge area, outdoor circle (partly shaded), 4 bee hives (they stay to themselves), fire and dance space, ceremonial tipi, peace pole and more. We share the land with dozens of variety of birds, native and local plants, 20 chickens, 2 outdoor cats and 2 dogs. Students are welcome to take a hike along our 1/4 mile hiking trail to the bottom of the property. We do not have bears or mountain lions but other critters like fox & racoon. The land calls to support others in their healing and spiritual journey. Many people can feel the vibration and kindness of the land, as well as grandfather's protection.

About Your Guide
Tara L. Skubella is a Level 4 Certified Tantra Guide, Earthing Expert, Wilderness Survivalist (some of you may recognize her from Naked and Afraid), Death Doula, Intigral Relationship Coach and 200 hr Tantra/ Kundalini Yoga instructor. She has worked with individuals and couples in retreats & workshops, as well as one-on-one private sessions since 2015. Her personal journey with Tantra empowered her to leave an unhealthy marriage by reconnecting her to self - allowing her to rediscover her own unique power, sexual energy and femininity. Since birthing Earth Tantra in 2016, Tara’s work has reached 1,000s of students.
