Feel the call to weave ritual & respect into your peri/post menopause journey?
Is your body asking to immerse, slow down and nurture?
menoPAUSE retreat will guide you in supporting physical & spiritual well being, ritual, wellness (+herbs) and peer support that could soften your shadow or fears AND to honor this important phase of life.
Are you peri to post menopausal? Join Tara, Grounding Expert, Tantra Guide who is post-menopause, and a small intimate group in sacred circle. It's called menoPAUSE not meno"fastpace" for a reason! Let's #stopconnectlistentrust the truth within as we awaken the body and nurture the soul together while weaving in the sacred. Earth Tantra believes we learn together as a collective energy, so we are excited to weave in the sacred from each heart.

For Who? Any woman in the peri-menopause to post-menopause stage of life. There is no age limit because some women experience menopause due to a variety of reasons. This 2 night retreat is best for people who like smaller intimate circles verses larger groups AND are desiring to awaken, move, nurture and connect with their body and feminine energy. Due to the small size of this retreat, it's also a good match for empaths, ADHD/ neurodivergent, sensitive to large group energy, etc.
