For Who?  This retreat is limited to 10 participants who identify as female, ages 18 - 88.   This retreat is best for people who are open to exploring their sensuality in a small intimate circle verses larger intimidating groups AND are desiring to surrender, or learn how to surrender, to our primal sensual self through pleasure, movement and healing.

• Learn body chakra breathing to deepen connection with the body and open our energy centers, including our sensual chakra - the sacral.

• Let our wild side express through reflective movement, dance and desire

• Identify what pleasure means to us through sacred self touch (self pressure point massage through heart, hands, face, breast & feet).  

• Explore the arts of pleasure of giving & receiving in Shakti ceremony

• Eat nourishing whole food meals for wellness

• Connect with elemental wisdom and sacred cottonwood trees

• Release stuck energy and emotions (by feeling into both the good & hard) as we #stopconnectlistentrust

• Share important topics in sacred conversation

• Leave with a new sense of appreciation for our own unique body and sensual being

• Learn new ways to incorporate sensuality and pleasure into every day life

• Have some down time for personal meditation, journaling, silence, etc

• Close the space with reflection, earth exchange & 7 directions

Where?  We will gather on a small private 8 acre farm with a mix of cottonwood trees & open fields with views of the Grand Mesa.  Delta is located between Ouray & Grand Junction, Colorado.  It is a high desert farming community and gathering for Ute Native Council.  Please note - this retreat is inclusive healing retreat.  We ask that you stay with the group during the retreat and arrange for site seeing before or after the retreat begins.  We are a low chemical and shoeless household.  Please do not bring any scented perfumes, lotions, soaps, etc.  OR put on outside.  We have plenty to share at no additional cost.  Since this is private property, exact address is given after sign up.

What's Not Included?  Travel, personal items, some personal hygiene items, any specific snacks you'd like to bring, tent supplies if you're tenting, yoga mat (if you are flying in we have 1 or 2 for sharing).

• White ceremonial clothing (or close to it - some color or tan is okay)

• Goddess wear.  Any clothing that makes you feel special.

• Your favorite mug for coffee, tea and cacao

• 1 meaningful item for the altar

• Comfortable clothing for all weather (rain/ shine & cool & warm)

• Personal pillow/ blanket and yoga mat
