Join Tara, Grounding Expert & Tantra Guide, and a small intimate women's circle for a 2 night sacred feminine retreat on a beautiful private and mindful Organic Apple Farm in Cedaredge, Colorado.

For Who?  Anyone who ID's as female 18 -118 years.  It's never too late to connect with your womb space AND we ALL hold feminine energy within.  This retreat is best for women who like smaller intimate circle verses large intimidating groups AND are desiring to heal or connect with their feminine space due to painful periods, surgery, birth complications, womb trauma, lack of birth, sexual disconnect, peri/menopausal, feminine cycle transitions and body shame - just to mention some common shadows.

What?   Gather with a small intimate circle of women to explore, deeper connect and heal the shame, shadows and trauma held in our sacred space, including the energy from our ancestors.  Learn to soften the womb with love, care, curiosity and honor.  We all hold feminine energy within, let's deepen that connection in sacred space and sisterhood.

 

Together We Will...

• Open, soften and connect with the body through movement, Tantric meditation & breath and how to #stopconnectlistentrust our body as she speaks to us 

• Practice the ancient ritual of Yoni Steam in a New Moon Red Tent Ceremony with organic herbs, to soften our tissues and relax into our sacred space

• Mindfully handcraft our womb space, then climb into her for a sacred Womb Embody Ceremony for ancestral, childhood, Root & Sacral Chakra healing

• Release stuck energy and emotions (giving ourselves permission to feel into both the good & hard)

• Connect with our natural feminine moon life cycles

• Honor each other in a Divine Feminine Ceremony

• Share in sacred conversations, while expressing more of our own truth

• Self healing through gentle guidance & support

• Leave with a new sense of appreciation for our own unique body and energy

• All of the above AND.......

• Optional 30 min group Q/A before the retreat

• Your choice of either a private or shared room (limited space)

• All meals - 1 potluck arrival dinner, 2 breakfasts, 1 lunch and another dinner

• All dietary needs addressed at sign up - we use local and mostly organic foods

• Some snacks, hot teas and coffee

• Most ceremonial supplies

What's Not Included?  Travel, personal items, personal snacks, personal hygiene items

What to bring?  A more detailed list will be sent out closer to the retreat.​

• Red, pink or purple ceremonial clothing (or near in color)

• White ceremonial clothing (or close to it - some color or tan is okay)

• 1 large cooking pot for Yoni Steam (only if you can bring one - we will have extras)

• 1 long towel or blanket for Yoni Steam

• 1 meaningful item for the altar

• Comfortable clothing

• Friday/ 4:30 - 5:30pm:   Welcome & logistics

• Friday/ 5:30 - 7pm:  Potluck and Connection Game

• Friday/ 7:30-9:30pm:  Introduction to femininity - Divine Feminine Ceremony

• Saturday/ 7:15am:  Tea/ coffee & optional mini morning meditation

• Saturday/ 7:45am: Breakfast

• Saturday/ 9am:   Moon Cycles, ancestral energy, shame & shadows held within

• Saturday/ 10:30am:  Connecting with & softening the body through movement

• Saturday/ Noon:  Lunch break

• Saturday/ 2pm:  Moving womb energy the Taoist Way

• Saturday/ 7-10pm:  Red Tent, Womb Embodying & Yoni Steam

• Sunday/ 7:30am:  Breakfast

• Sunday/ 9am- 10:30am Q/A, Closing the Circle, Gratitude & Good-byes

  An Invoice will be sent for the remaining balance due prior to the retreat or the day of the retreat in cash.

• $445 - Private Room With Queen (SOLD OUT)

• $349 - Single bed in shared room of 3 (1 spot remains)

• $229 - Locals Optional Day Fee - includes dinners, lunch & snacks (no breakfast) and all group sessions & ceremonies.  It is required to attend Friday night for the trust building practices.
