
Introduction To Tantric Breathwork
In 1.5 hrs we will cover an overview of each body chakra (healing elements & characteristics) AND breathing root 2 heart technique. The workshop is best for beginners OR as a refresher. Breath & chakra work can release emotions, undesired energy, shame or shadows that lie within, as well as open the body for more connectedness and inner peace.
Breath work helps us live more in the present moment, supports our respiratory system and provides a pathway for continued healing, mindFULLness and learn the art of #stopconnectlistentrust . There will be an extra 30 minutes after the workshop to share what came up for you in the breath work session. This breath work practice has been successful for many people who've had a hard time with meditation and who have ADHD/ Autism/ etc.
