This time of the year, and with everything going on in the world, can be difficult to navigate when we feel grief or even just melancholy. Join energy mover, Claire, as she guides us in a practice of literally "moving" with grief.

About the event
Join 500 hr Earth Tantra student, Claire, as she guides a 1 hr workshop and movement practice of Moving With Grief. After a brief welcome and setting of space and connectedness, Claire will lead everyone in a movement journey and a short allowing time for journaling or art after. The session will weave in grounding and a time for sharing and Q/A from approx 7:45 - 8pm.
To create a safe and intimate space, participants will be invited to turn off their video once Claire begins guiding us into expression of movement.
To prepare for this journey, please open a space in your listening area to stand up, sit down, dance or move in whatever way feels best to you at that time. You're also welcome to bring a journal or pen/ paper handy to express what came up for you in words after moving.
