Full Moon Cacao Ceremony

FULL MOON OPEN HEART CACAO CEREMONY

First we will connect our root to heart chakras through breath-work, meditation and drop into space while bringing awareness to the full moon cycles. Then, in sacred ceremony, the group will drink a raw organic cacao drink just for this ceremony with special optional spices added, such as cinnamon, honey, cayenne and cardamom.  Next, we will increase our heart vibration with the energy of the full moon through body movement and free form dance in both masculine and feminine sound.  Ceremony will end with re-grounding music meditation, experience shares and gratitude.

Indigenous myths tell us whenever the balance between humans and nature becomes threatened, cacao comes from the rainforest to open people's hearts and return us all to harmony.  A cacao ceremony is an opportunity to connect to yourself and open your heart. It aids in any transformational shift your working towards such as raising your vibration, releasing old patterns or moving into a higher awareness of self.

Ceremony includes:

*Guided meditation and breathwork

*Cacao drink, ginger to relieve potential tummy aches,

and bite sized delights

*Guided sounds for free movement body and dance

Important to do and bring:

*Please eat BEFORE ceremony

*Bring your favorite mug and an item of meaning for

the group altar (poem crystal, etc)

*Wear white (or near white - no need to buy

anythig new)
