Earth Tantra Retreat - April 2018

RE-GROUND, RE-CENTER & RE-CONNECT

Join Tara and a small intimate group of individuals and (1 to 2 couples) to explore our connection in self love with gentle introductory Earth based Tantric practices.

​

The first 24 hours of the retreat is focused on self grounding and exploration in SILENT nature meditation before transitioning to small group centered approach.  This key element practice of silent meditation is the basic practice is which the remaining retreat will grow.

​

This retreat is to:

1) Seek to more authentically connect with self and others.

​

2) Deepen self awareness and spend time in both solitude and small group settings with guidance and support during the journey.

​

3) Explore and have even have fun with the spiritual practices of Tantra.

​

4) Connect and retreat in a remote beautiful vineyard desert climate, shared living space and spending time in nature.

Life Long Spiritual Practice Investment:  $425-$625

Non-refundable deposit of $40/$50 or $60 required.  Invoice will be sent for remaining balance due on day of retreat, April 19th in cash, check or credit card.

Who? For anyone who is 18 or older.  Intended for individuals.  1 to 2 couples are welcome, who are okay experiencing practices and light touch with others.  Contact Tara to see if this retreat is right for you.

What?  To Re-ground, Re-center, Re-connect with ourselves and direct this re-centered energy to connect others in a healthy more grounded way. 

During retreat we will:

Take time to connect, ground and grow our connection with mother earth and self in approx. 20 - 24 hours of guided silent meditation practices.

Explore how to integrate grounding and centering into our daily lives for less stress, anxiety and chaos, so we can more authentically connect with others.

Celebrate in both a special heart opening cacao fire ritual and 5 senses Shiva/Shakti Puja (Honoring Masculine/Feminine energy ceremony).

Learn and practice Tantric breath first as individuals in meditation and then how to share that energy with someone else.

Embrace the body through acceptance, shame and free movement spirit dance.

Leave refreshed, inspired, centered and more connected to earth, self/spirit and others on deeper levels.

When?   Thursday, April 19th, at  2pm, and end Sunday April 22nd at 10:30am.

PLEASE Arrive between noon and 1:30 to unpack, settle and set up a tent if needed.

Where? A beautiful mountain view ranch on lots of acreage for privacy. Monticello, Utah.
