Basic Body Chakra Massage - FREE!

Join 500 hr Earth Tantra student, Annie, as she guides a 1 hr workshop of connecting and resting with our energy centers, root to throat, in a practice of slowing down during this busy time of year.  This workshop can be for both individuals and couples, however we will only be guiding one pathway of root to throat.  If you are working with a partner, please decide who would like to give and who would like to receive prior to starting the workshop.  This workshop is fully clothed.  If you'd like to try with w/o clothing, please sign up and watch the recording once shared.

To prepare for this journey, you may want to have coconut, oil or other essential oil on hand.  It's not required to lay down, however you may create a space to lay down as well.
