menoPAUSE retreat will help you in supporting mindfulness, ritual, emotional well being, wellness (+herbs) and peer support that could soften your shadow and/or fears as we shift into a well respected phase of life. Join Tara, Grounding Expert, Tantra Guide who is in post-menopause for approx 1.5  yrs, and a small intimate group of peri-menopausal to post-menopausal women, in sacred circle.  It's called menoPAUSE not meno"fastpace" for a reason!  Let's #stopconnectlistentrust the truth within as we awaken the body and nurture the soul together.
