For Who? This retreat is limited to 4 participants who identify as female, ages 18 -118. Are you looking to soften, care for and connect with your divine feminine and womb space in sacred ways? This retreat is best for females who like smaller intimate circle verses larger intimidating groups AND are desiring to heal or connect with their feminine space due to taking on too much of a masculine role in life and/ or painful periods, peri/menopause, surgery, birth complications, womb trauma, lack of birth, sexual disconnect and body shame.
What? Gather with a small intimate circle of women to explore, deeper connect and heal the shame, shadows and trauma held in our sacred spaces through womb work. We also celebrate and honor the strengths within. We all hold divine feminine energy within, let's deepen that connection in sisterhood.
Together We Will...
- Open, soften and connect with the body through, Tantric womb meditation & breath work and movement (gentle womb centered yoga and free movement dance)
- Practice the ancient ritual of Yoni Steam nearing a New Moon with organic herbs, to soften our tissues and relax into our sacred space
- Eat womb nourishing whole food meals for gentle detox and cleansing
- Mindfully handcraft a yoni (vagina) for a Womb & Rebirthing healing ceremony
- Release stuck energy and emotions (giving ourselves permission to feel into both the good & hard) as we #stopconnectlistentrust
- Connect with Gaia/ mother earth for earthing and grounding practices
- Honor each other in a Divine Feminine Ceremony to celebrate the Shakti within
- Share important topics from cycles to sacred sexuality for support in sisterhood
- Leave with a new sense of appreciation for our own unique body and energy
- Have some down time for personal meditation, journaling, silence, etc
Where? We will gather on a small private 8 acre farm with a mix of cottonwood trees & open fields, and views of the Grand Mesa. Delta is located between Ouray & Grand Junction, Colorado. It is a high desert farming community and gathering for Ute Native Council. Please note - this retreat is inclusive healing retreat. We ask that you stay with the group during the retreat and arrange for site seeing before or after the retreat begins.
